Payment Details & Cancellation Policy


All products require payment in full by credit or debit card, unless otherwise stated on the product detail page during the time of purchase. You may reserve and pay online with confidence as this website takes every precaution to protect our users' information.

When users submit sensitive information via the website, high-grade SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption is protecting your transactions, all information and your privacy.


You will receive an email confirming your order, along with your receipt, immediately after submitting your order that will contain the tour information and order number.

Please note: **This is not your eTicket**

Your eTicket will be sent via email with your confirmation number, tour date and time, pickup/check-in info, Vendor name with local phone number and all details.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All online and/or telephone orders are subject to the Terms & Conditions listed below and Cancellation & Refund policies listed on the bottom of your emailed e-ticket. By booking through New Orleans Tour Company, you acknowledge and accept our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.


  • All reservations are 100% refundable with 24-Hour Notice given by phone or email during normal business hours prior to any scheduled activity.


  • All Tours cancelled by the Tour Provider (Vendor) or cancelled due to weather or Acts of God are 100% refundable.


  • Should you cancel within the 24-Hour window, the amount of your tour will be credited to your account for future use with New Orleans Tour Company or any affiliated websites listed below.


  • No Shows: No-call, no-shows will not be issued a refund or credit.
