We work closely with our tour operators to ensure our activities cost the same or less than booking directly (and that's not including our discount coupon codes, which save you even more off our low prices!). If you find a lower price for the same activity, with the same Tour Operator, New Orleans Tour Company will happily refund you the difference.

It is simple to claim your refund. Always make sure you copy, print, snap a picture or create a screen shot of the lower rate you found and email it to the support link on the bottom of the page.

How to request a refund:

• Please submit your request, with your name, order number, phone number, and proof (price list, flyer, receipt, web address, etc.).
• Our Lowest Price Guarantee covers retail and prepaid rates available to the general public. This does not include discounts you may receive (or be eligible for) from third-party organizations such as AAA or AARP, or special offers made as part of a group or rewards program.
• New Orleans Tour Company reserves the right to verify all details before providing refund.
• All refunds will be credited within 7 business days and credited to the credit card used to purchase the activity.
• You must submit your refund request within 72 hours of placing your order with us.
